Was interested in a used Panamera. It seemed like a line of xx as the sales guy was working with another customer at the same time, plus they had this party going on and probably didn't want customers to interfere. Anyway, I was contacted and advised I wasn't interested. I was contacted again and said they were certifying it, and I should make an offer after I advised it was overpriced. I was then advised they were doing $8K of work. Low and behold, they were INCREASING the price of the car, so clearly they want me to foot the bill for stuff they probably are not even doing or have overstated the repair price. Why would someone pay more after they already said it was overpriced. So weird..... Overall the sales person was nice, but stay away from this dealership's shenanigans. More
First off, I would not trust a word from the Pre-Owned Director, Ish Chowdhury. After three years, they still owe me money from damages due to their negligence. The CPO Cayenne I purchased never should ha Director, Ish Chowdhury. After three years, they still owe me money from damages due to their negligence. The CPO Cayenne I purchased never should have been CPO'd. They're very friendly until after you buy the car. Then they'll ghost you if you're not local to Austin, TX or out-of-state. I bought a used CPO Cayenne from Porsche Austin sight unseen in July 2020. Paid for the vehicle to be delivered via enclosed trailer. The delivery driver took so many photos of scratches in the paint and dings on the window trim the sales person never notified me about. First 4 hours owning the car after it was delivered, it started to heavy downpour. I was driving and water leaked into the headliner, down the A pillar, and on to my foot. The headliner was completely ruined. Lucky I was next to Porsche of Rockville. A technician took apart the headliner and told me NONE of the roof drain plugs were connected. Porsche Austin agreed to pay for damages for a new headliner, but after two years I have not received a check. Porsche North America customer service also has been involved and even they can barely reach anyone to talk to at this dealership. I would take your money else where. More
I purchase a used Range Rover for this dealership and I had a real disappointment experience. After I signed on the loan documents the salesman walk me to the car, told that they ordered the original Range had a real disappointment experience. After I signed on the loan documents the salesman walk me to the car, told that they ordered the original Range Rover windshield ( it was cracked) and it will take about 3 weeks and I don’t have to worry because they are a reputable dealership. I agreement and drove home the next day I realize that a few think missing in the car (the center consul fridge and the rear trunk privacy cover). I called the salesman and he said let me check and I will get back to you. I never received a callback. I called again after a few days and he told me that they can’t find it and there is nothing they can do. I tried to to argue but he didn’t care anymore because the deal is done. Back to the windshield. I called after 3 weeks to check on the windows and the salesman told, he Can send some someone to my house to replace it, i said but, ok but you have the original Range Rover windshield correct And then I learned that I’ve been screwed one more time. Long story short, they lie, and they said they never promise anything. That was the worst experience I had with my car from “reputable” Dealership More
Had a terrible experience at the the dealership. Receptionist Allison Mayuex is extremely rude, crass and derogatory. She needs an education on mannerisms 101. She's only there to tarnish the porsche brand. If I were the supervisor I would immediately fire her. We didn't buy a car because of her. Such a major disappointment. More
After purchase, expect poor to no communication. I purchased a 2017 "Certified Used" 911 Targa 4S from Austin Porsche. On the day of purchase, the dealership agreed to replace the clear bra on the v I purchased a 2017 "Certified Used" 911 Targa 4S from Austin Porsche. On the day of purchase, the dealership agreed to replace the clear bra on the vehicle (it was scuffed, faded, and cloudy). One week later after hearing nothing from 2 emails to my sales associate, I called and was told "paint had come off the car while removing the bra, and the front end of the car needs to be repainted"... 3 weeks after purchase, with me always calling them - never receiving proactive feedback (so frustrating), I received the vehicle back. (Strike 1). At the time of purchase, I paid $2,000 for the "Porsche Driving Experience" at COTA Speedway, an exciting time for any Porsche owner. My vehicle had to be inspected prior to the racing event day, and of course, the "Certified Porsche" failed the inspection... how does that happen with a $135,000.00 vehicle that just went through a 180 point thorough inspection? The vehicle went back into the shop, and of course, the racing day was missed. (Strike 2). At this point, the entire experience of owning this new amazing machine has been nothing but stress and disappointment... I no longer even trust the vehicle and the dealerships' lack of care and almost complete disregard have ruined the experience. 2 months into the nightmare I call my sales associate and ask him about trading in the 911 on a new Porsche SUV... he completely understands and will get back with me. I never receive a return call. (Strike 3). A week or so later I text my sales associate and ask if he has any of the original photos of the vehicle I could use - I'm selling the car. He never replies. The experience at this point is so bad I just want to be done - I call an auto broker I've previously dealt with and sell the car for $105,000.00. A $30,000 lesson on my end - hoping to save you the same horrible experience I received in all regards at Porsche Austin. More

Absolutely amazing customer service! I brought my 992 Turbo S here for a broken driver's side window glass. Adam Elwood was my service writer and he was above and beyond helpful. Where Porsche of San A Turbo S here for a broken driver's side window glass. Adam Elwood was my service writer and he was above and beyond helpful. Where Porsche of San Antonio couldn't help me till 4 months from now, he understood and worked me in immediately. James Purpura the Service Manager was equally outstanding in helping me on this warranty claim. Top notch people! I live in New Braunfels, 80 miles from this dealership, but they are now my go-to dealer. It's people like Adam and James that make this a fantastic dealership, and I will be back for service, and when the time comes, for another Porsche. Thank You so very much! Jess Johnson More

I've purchased two Porsche's from these folks and will continue to do so. The service and professionalism is top notch. We recently bought a used Infiniti at this location. We weren’t there to buy an expensive vehicle but were treated as though we were.
