Within 30 minutes of requesting a quote I received a call from Zaneta and within an hour received a written quote. I could not find the mix of options I wanted in the local inventory so Flemington Audi worked with me to order the Q7 direct from the factory. I received regular communications and follow up throughout the process, and vehicle arrived as scheduled (actually, about a week early.) I live an hour from the dealership, and after my experience, I would make the drive again to buy my next Audi from Flemington Audi. More

Ron asked me about the car specifications that I was looking for and was able to find the vehicle I wanted, We settled on an appointment time and the car was there ready for me when I arrived. Peter Costigan was able to offer a very competitive price for the vehicle I wanted, Corey Evans completed the financial paperwork. Everything was transparent, no games, a good deal with good terms and options for car maintenance. Ron is working on getting my vanity plates transferred to my new car. He connected me with Peter Costigan and asked him to take very good care of me. During my conversation with Peter Steve reinforced that the the customer relationship was the most important part of their business. That proved true during my interactions with The team at Flemington Audi. I originally started out looking for a CPO Q7. After a few that prematurely sold, I was a bit frustrated but Madison Kircher, Peter and Rob Barcellona all pitched in to find me a vehicle. After some very helpful discussions and extra time on the part of Madison & Peter I decided on a 2017 Q5 S Line. Typically I purchase used with a warranty but after reviewing the numbers and comparing the amount of miles I drive it was a better deal to buy the 2017! I also wanted to pay cash and after discussing the finances with Jon Budd I realized it was a better deal to finance this. Jon was really great to work with. He stayed late (as did Madison & Peter) on a Saturday evening to make sure everything was perfect before I left with my new Q. I've grown a service company from scratch and realize the level of effort it takes to satisfy customers...I consistently set high expectations everywhere I shop!
