At no time were we ever pressured to buy a car or hounded by phone by over-enthusiastic salespeople. The financial paperwork has always been handled expeditiously and professionally and I have all my service done here, even though there are closer dealerships. I just purchased my second vehicle from Debbie Lotufo at the VW Porsche Audi dealership and can't say enough nice things about her handling of my sale and explanation of my new car's features. Answered all my questions and provided even more details over the phone. The purchase experience was even better. By the time when I got to the dealership, it was late afternoon already and raining. But Sue walked me through features and test drived car I picked. Very pleasant talking with her. She also helped me checked my old car's trade in value online. Doug gave me a great price for my trade-in! He is a funny guy too. No good cop/bad cop there. Jon worked out paperwork with me. Very straight forward. Explained additional services too. I picked pre-paid services, which I had for my previous Q7 and loved it. By the time when the deal was done, guess what, a beautiful and clear rainbow showed up in the sky! Great sign, right? The dealership looks bigger, brighter than other places I ever visited. Too bad it's more than an hour from my place, otherwise, I would love to do my services there too. Our honest review of the staff at Flemington Audi This is the second Audi that I have purchased off of Flemington Audi in the past two years. I was so impressed with the sales person that I purchased my first car off of that I sought out Jason Haye for my second purchase. Jason, I and my wife went through all our wants and needs in the new vehicle. Jason quickly searched the inventory to see if they could locate one that had the options we desired. When the search did not return with a vehicle that had the options we wanted we chose to order the vehicle. When the vehicle that we order arrived from Germany Cory Evans in the finance department was able to get me an interest rate that was acceptable and equal to the one I could get from my credit union. Cory was very professional and friendly and made the financing experience painless. As mentioned this is not my first Audi that I have purchased from Flemington Audi. I can tell you that the staff at Flemington Audi from has always impressed me. From my past experience I would highly recommend Jason Haye, Cory Evans and Michele Marsh. More

John respected that I only had an hour as I needed to get home to get ready for our trip, and we made a deal, and they held the car for over a week and we finished the paperwork when I returned. Within 30 minutes of requesting a quote I received a call from Zaneta and within an hour received a written quote. I could not find the mix of options I wanted in the local inventory so Flemington Audi worked with me to order the Q7 direct from the factory. I received regular communications and follow up throughout the process, and vehicle arrived as scheduled (actually, about a week early.) I live an hour from the dealership, and after my experience, I would make the drive again to buy my next Audi from Flemington Audi. More
