Although dealerships get a bad rap I have only ever had great experiences at this dealership. This time I worked with Ben Mandanas, Doug Mathewson and Corey Evans and each person explained either the car or the car purchasing process without being over bearing. I felt comfortable and relaxed working through the car purchasing process and if I did not understand something it was not a problem to go over that item again. The process was effortless and seamless with no anxiety. The price was great with no need to negotiate compared to other dealers. Each one of these individuals demonstrated incredible knowledge in their respective areas. Madison delivered the car and was extremely helpful in familiarizing me with a car that had significantly more technological advances. I know it was not easy to find, as another Audi dealer simply said the car could not be had unless I ordered it from the factory...and they wanted $1500 more for it! Having purchased many cars in the past, I was dreading having to go through "the process" again, but Ron made it as pleasant as could be expected. The one issue I had was that my tires were improperly inflated when I took deliver. I emailed Ron and he responded quickly by informing the service people immediately. More
