He has a wealth of knowledge about all cars and this is particularly helpful when we tend to buy used cars of different brands than this dealership represents. He is always on top of his job, pays close attention to the details and to our needs. For example, when we were deciding between two different vehicles, he reminded us that we were going to use the car for mostly the winter. He said that buying a diesel is not advisable if we weren't going to drive it in the summer. That one tidbit helped us make the right decision! I was missing a key to the glove box and I called you but you never called me back. I traveled 4 hours to come to your dealership to buy the car and you couldn't pick up the phone to call me back? That is not professional at all. The relationship was all one sided. More
