Super experience getting CPO Audi Q5 at Flemington Audi I recently (March 17) purchased a CPO one year old 2019 Audi Q5 Prestige at Flemington Audi. Saying that my experience was well- well beyond (no typo I recently (March 17) purchased a CPO one year old 2019 Audi Q5 Prestige at Flemington Audi. Saying that my experience was well- well beyond (no typo) expectations would be an understatement. My salesperson was Richard Karas; and I could not have been luckier. In a relatively short time he was able to narrow my selection process to a Q5 or an A4 and provide a test drive of each while pointing out some relevant differences. This resulted in my leaning toward the Q5. Richard followed up that very day by e-mailing me an offer on a Q5 Prestige which they had in inventory. I responded that I might prefer the Premium Plus but I wasn’t very specific about why. Richard indicated he would begin that search for me but concurrently was able to clear up a few reservations I may have had about items in the Prestige package. Consequently, my mind was changed and I accepted the Q5 Prestige offer. Throughout our discussions Richard was incredibly informative while not pushy. He wanted me to be completely happy with whichever choice I made. I was comfortable. Richard went out of his way to see that I received maximum trade in value for my old car which had been sitting at a local body shop after I had decided not to have it repaired there. He also undertook arrangement for all my insurance policy and registration switches etc. I had never experienced this level of attention to detail relieving me of any worries. In my life, I have purchased ten previous vehicles; mostly new ones. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that on the visit which included the test drives, that I had been driven to Flemington Audi by a neighbor (Dan) because my car was at the body shop as noted above. Dan was invited by Richard to accompany us on the test drives and had a number of his own questions answered by Richard. In subsequent discussions I’ve had with Dan he has commented about how well we were treated by Richard. This is germane because in the last couple of months Dan had purchased a new SUV (not an Audi) and had visited a number of dealers although none were Audi dealers. So, I am not alone in being very impressed by Flemington Audi and Richard Karas in particular. More
