The charger for my Porsche Taycan has not been working for at least one month. I had to make multiple trips to the dealership and then left my vehicle there for three days to have the "internal charger" for at least one month. I had to make multiple trips to the dealership and then left my vehicle there for three days to have the "internal charger" replaced. I was told that this would fix the problem. It did not. I am so pleased with my last appointment, Scott was an incredible service advisor and was so friendly, it made my morning even though there were no rental cars- I moved here from San Diego and was used to incredible service advisor and was so friendly, it made my morning even though there were no rental cars- I moved here from San Diego and was used to Fletcher Jones service and rental program- so this was new and okay. I have taken my cars to this dealership for service for several years. The service quality has become unacceptable over the last year. Every time I take my car in, it is either not fixed correctly the firs several years. The service quality has become unacceptable over the last year.
