My car is always in the shop far longer than anticipated. Communication from the service advisor is not adequate. Dealership runs the clock "troubleshooting" an issue with the window not opening/closing when opening the door on my cabriolet billing over $1,200 when there is one control unit involved in the issue that should have taken little time to identify and replace. Control unit cost was an additional $800. I get angry for similar reasons every time I take my car in for service at this dealership but don't know where else to go. More

Horrible experience. First of off my original appointment was supposed to be booked with a loaner. I Get to the dealer and they had to reschedule me another month out. So First of off my original appointment was supposed to be booked with a loaner. I Get to the dealer and they had to reschedule me another month out. So I Waited another month and then took my vehicle in for a recall. My car is beautiful it had no bust or tears in the leather all of my leather seats are still beautiful and black and fairly new looking. Nobody rides in my back seats and I barely have anyone in the passenger as I have several of nice vehicles and I take care of them all. I take care of my Porsche it is always shining and clean in and out. Porsche did a very sloppy job and returned my car to me with my leather busted on the side. The Director of Service Jessie helped me my first report of the issue because my rep Lis was out. He took pics and said he will look at the ones Lis took when she returns so they can see the difference. He goes to and looks at my seat and agrees and says it looked busted and it’s an obvious difference in looks when compared to my other seats but also said they will take care of it and he would get with my Rep Lis. Then my Rep Lis called me to return my Porsche back to them. I was told they would look at the images and compare to see the difference. When I get there she tells me she only took pics of the outside of my car. Then says she is going to get Jessie. Jessie comes out like to me and says “Lis says you want to talk to me” I’m like no she told me she was getting you to help resolve my issue. He then goes to Lis and says “why did you tell her to speak to me about it”. Then Jessie turns to me and tells me that he never knew that the Porsche seats had slits on the sides of the seats cushions and that in order to preform my type of recall “passenger airbag sensor” that they take the seat apart and remove the leather off of the seat. So I told them that one of two things happened in the recall process you guys gave me back the wrong leather seat because mine was not busted at all, discolored or worn out looking. My seats are beautiful no other seat in my car looks like the seat they returned to me. No other seat in my car has crumbs in the crevices of the seat. Jessie said maybe they just need to fix the leather so it hugs and fits correctly back on the seat as he walks me into the shop to show me another Porsche same model as mine which was getting the same type of service. The difference is they put that Porsche seats leather back correctly and they did not damage the cushion and the vehicle’s leather was not busted or damaged. We then return back to the service reps desk and says to me that the leather will eventually mold itself just have someone ride in my passenger seat and it will eventually go back to normal and also told me to have my Detailer condition the seat. I happen to look outside as he is saying that and I see a service advisor with a computer hooked up to my car and I ask Lis why does he have a computer connected to my vehicle about a torn leather seat and she say “to pull the serial numbers”. Why would you not fix it back the correct way. You are a dealer that would cost you nothing to do because it should have been correct the first time my vehicle was returned to me. None of this makes any sense none of the employees resolved this and my seat is still ruined and I am very upset. I will never support this dealer again. I am contacting corporate and CPD. I want my car returned the same way I dropped it off. Just like I returned their loaner clean and issue free. I don’t expect poor and unprofessional customer service from a dealership like Porsche.
