Porsche Atlanta Perimeter - Service Center

Probably the worst service experience I’ve ever had at any dealership, and I’ve owned lots of different cars from different makes. Extremely poor communication. I came in for a very minor repair that tu any dealership, and I’ve owned lots of different cars from different makes. Extremely poor communication. I came in for a very minor repair that turned into a 3 month ordeal. The service rep that was assigned to me left the dealership abruptly, and they made no effort to contact me and re-assign me to another service rep until I called weeks later. I basically never got calls back until I forced the issue by calling repeatedly. In summary, they didn’t do a proper diagnostic on the problem, ordered a part that wasn’t needed, and when I showed up the second time to drop of my brand new Macan S (that I purchased at the same dealership), they didn’t have a loaner car that they had promised/reserved for me. I had to borrow a friend’s car for over a week! Just a terrible sub par experience. It won’t be my last Porsche but the next one won’t be purchased at Perimeter that’s for sure. More

My service experience was very good. My service advisor, Stetson White is exceptional! He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was depending on getting a loaner based on my day's activities. Maybe more loaners are needed at the dealership, but I feel they should be made available to those a loaner was promised. More
