Excellent Service on my vehicle. Received my standard annual service. They began service on my vehicle immediately as I arrived. They also returned it at the time they promised. They lost 1 star, in my book, because they gave me the, typical, mechanic visit after-feeling. They said they found a broken head bolt that would cost over $1,000 to replace. Turn off for me. I made an appointment for a regular checkup. They kept my car 3 days, charged me an indecent amount of hours and I had to find my car myself on the parking lot when picking up. My wife brought her Cayenne for a tire replacement and prior to meeting with her assigned service advisor she was made to feel like she did not belong. Noone met her outside and when she walked inside th prior to meeting with her assigned service advisor she was made to feel like she did not belong. Noone met her outside and when she walked inside those who helped her way find did not make eye contact or show politeness in any way. On the other hand, her service advisor was very polite and engaging. I brought the same car for another tire replacement only a few days earlier and my experience was mostly positive. This is why my wife left your establishment feeling unrecognized and diminished. More
