I often cannot go without a car, so the inconvenience of not having a loaner readily available is disconcerting. Further, when provided with an Uber, attention should be made to the fact that we're taking an Uber instead of a Porsche. A Porsche! This is a luxury vehicle and the least that can be provided is an elevated uber experience. Not a rundown car with a horrible driver that doesn't know how to get me back to the dealership. While Uber has nothing to do with Porsche or the dealership, it is an extension of the experience and so far, it's not been a good one. More

The charger for my Porsche Taycan has not been working for at least one month. I had to make multiple trips to the dealership and then left my vehicle there for three days to have the "internal charger" for at least one month.
