Porsche Sport Exhaust I came in needing a new tire due to a nail. Issac in the service department and his team took such great care of me that I decided to come back to hav I came in needing a new tire due to a nail. Issac in the service department and his team took such great care of me that I decided to come back to have Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE) installed. This install is expensive and complex but having built a trusting relationship I decided to take the plunge. Issac once again came through with flying colors helping to coordinate the install at a competitive price. I want to give Anthony Jones in parts a big thank you for helping to coordinate all the parts we needed for the install making the whole experience seamless. I know have the Porsche I always wanted with PSE and everything looks and works as if it was factory installed. Keep up the good work Porsche Perimeter. You can never go wrong with having great customer service. Will definitely buy the next one from these guys due to the service I received in the service department. More
Outstanding Service Dept I have been using the service department for the past 7 years. From my first experience there, I knew these people were there to take care of us and I have been using the service department for the past 7 years. From my first experience there, I knew these people were there to take care of us and our car, not looking to make money. The service advisors are upfront in letting you know the cost, possible issues in the future that can be repaired while they are in the engine which would save us money in the future. They treat you like family from the minute you pull into the dealership. I am a customer for life and have no plans of taking my Porsche to another dealership. More

However, I am really appreciate Eric Mihelich (the General Manager) and Sean the Service Manager at Jim Ellis quick response and action to fix the problems I pass on to Gene and being ignore. Great Managment and their sincerely care about their customer needs and bring customer satisfaction! More
