Lesson learned I have been denied the opportunity to have a loaner car from the dealership on my last three service trips. I fully understand that I inadvertently ra I have been denied the opportunity to have a loaner car from the dealership on my last three service trips. I fully understand that I inadvertently ran afoul of the rules, when I didn't read the fine print and took a loaner out of the state, there was extenuating circumstances, and upon finding out about my discretion, I left my family in Florida and immediately returned the vehicle to your location. I feel that circumstance and my prompt attention to rectify the situation should be considered and I should have my full loaner privileges reinstated. More

This visit, there was only one service rep in the area and he decided to go for a cigarette break instead of getting me all checked in. I asked the guy who usually pulls cars around whether I oils simply leave a note and keys for my usual service rep. He agreed. My vehicle drop off experience was leaving a note for my service advisor to follow up with me since the only other advisor in the area needed a cigarette break. Not your preferred Porsche service experience. Now, once my Service Advisor got my note, he was awesome, as usual! He followed up with me immediately and got me all squared away. More
