Mixed experience with service dept To get in for appt w loaner car took week and a half. The treatment by staff is wonderful. They make you feel valued and respected. My issue is that although car is 5 years old has only 35,000 miles. car was serviced for same issue (check engine light on) last month. A week later hybrid fault light came back on which eventually turned into check engine light being on days later. This is same play book as last month. Car is under extended warranty so I paid nothing, but warranty insurance did. Hope issue is truly dealt with this time. More

They said they needed the leather shop to look at it, so they scheduled a new appointment for Oct 29. Everything was fine until a thug tried to break into the loaner car when I stopped at an Arby’s in Union City, GA. He damaged the window and plastic around the window. I immediately notified Porsche Atlanta perimeter. Suddenly they had determined the spot on the seat was normal wear and tear (if that was the case there would have been no reason for the return visit/appointment) they were not going to fix the loose stitching on the seat and I needed to return the loaner car immediately. They are real xxx. More

Emissions Inspection My ew car had not been through the emissions inspection for some reason. Due to my schedule it did not get in until last week - past due time for the plate. I was picked up at home and delivered to the dealership. Due to whatever - I spent the entire day in the waiting area and the emissions was not completed. The work was completed and the car (along with some upholstery work) was returned on Tuesday. More

However, the car's computer system determined it was not an equipment problem, but a computer malfunction, so the computer corrected itself and I was not billed for my time there.
