great customer service, extremely efficient! I brought in my Porsche as I was experiencing an issue that I wanted checked. I booked an appointment online (very easy to do), and I was contacted by Sergey Marinin asking me if I wanted to come in a few days earlier, as he would have a loaner vehicle available for me to use. This was convenient as I otherwise would have had to wait for the diagnosis. Once I arrived, Sergey and his fellow service staff were quick to take my vehicle in and put me in the loaner vehicle. That afternoon, Sergey gave me a call and confirmed that they would need to replace a part in my vehicle that was causing the issue. When I picked up my vehicle a few days later, I was met with the same great customer service. The icing on the cake was when I walked to my vehicle and discovered that they had washed the outside and vacuumed the interior. More

Awesome - Warranty and repaire Had the key remote on my 2002 Porsche 911 replaces last year. It all of a sudden stopped working last week. Yesterday Porsche Atlanta Perimeter replac Had the key remote on my 2002 Porsche 911 replaces last year. It all of a sudden stopped working last week. Yesterday Porsche Atlanta Perimeter replaced it whil I waited at no cost. While the had the car in the shop they also troubleshot a problem with the drivers door storage compartment led/armrest and repaired it at no charge. All this in less than 2.5 hours and I arrived without an appointment. They vastly exceeded my expectations. A shout out to Tony the service rep who looked out for me. They have also doonothr work - replaced the water pump— and did a great job. More

Outstanding service! I arrived at my appointment with the service center, frustrated with Atlanta's traffic, and was greeted by the most genuine smile. They service crew is always pleasant and eager to take care of my vehicle. I also want to acknowledge the ladies who answer the phones for the service department. The responses have been so much better than before. I used to hate calling the service center because often times it seemed as if they did not want to answer questions, give information, etc. But lately, they have been at 100% each time I called. I've spoken with Sierra (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) and she has been on point! More
