Service Consultant and a Couple of Issues Scott was extremely helpful from the first call to the end of the service. I had a few questions on Porsche’s new e and hybrids and his expert knowle Scott was extremely helpful from the first call to the end of the service. I had a few questions on Porsche’s new e and hybrids and his expert knowledge on this new line of performance cars was spectacular. I cannot wait for the new hybrids to come out. Big thank to Scott for educating me on something that I had minimal knowledge on. Recommendation for service department scheduling: 1. Please don’t advertise that you can schedule service online via chat. On two different occasions I tried to schedule my service through your online chat and was told you can’t actually schedule a service through the online chat. The first time I tried it was after 5pm so I thought it was an after hours issue. Second time was at 10am. It would not have been an issue however they ask numerous questions before telling you that they will have someone call you. Both times no one returned my call. Second issue. I called the service center twice and left voicemails with no return calls. Finally, I got Scott on the phone who took great of me and got me scheduled in a timely manner. Big THANK YOU to Scott. Panamera I have used Porsche Atlanta Perimeter for all of my warranty and scheduled maintenance service appointments, The people here are so friendly, and the I have used Porsche Atlanta Perimeter for all of my warranty and scheduled maintenance service appointments, The people here are so friendly, and the job gets done professionally and correctly everytime. I live about an hour away (traffic), so I ask for a loaner each time and they always comply. The showroom is a blast to walk through (and dream!) They also have a complimentary Starbucks coffee bar, along with fruit, snacks and water bottles. I've had my Panamera five years and I've only had 100% positive experiences with this service center. They worked the issue with Porsche till it was resolved. Replacement of GPS receiver module. They loaned me a car while mine was in for service. Scott, the service writer, kept me updated, and followed up several time to make sure I was happy with the repair. Great Job! More

We arrived a little early and the Customer area was inviting and comfortable. The car went to the Service Tech right at the appointed hour. We waited patiently and were pleasantly surprised when Scot came over and explained it was nothing more than a drivers seat airbag sensor calibration.
