Shoddy at the best I brought my car in without an appointment. Told it would be the next day which was fine.I said call when it is ready. Got a text your ready to go. Told the car would be right up. After about 15 or 20 min they had to send someone to find my car. Told it had been washed. Car came out not washed. Told me to come back, like I got free time to drive back for a car wash. Then I notice that the cigarette lighter fuse was blown in the front and back still. I told your guy when I arrived that they were blown. Now he is acting like I did not tell him. When I sent a second text they have now come up with this story about the dash having to be removed and all this work has to be done to check it out. This happened before and all you did was replace the fuses. Now you have disassemble the car to fix it. It would seem this should be a warranty item and it should have been explained to me before I left. The time before this when I left I found all my radio stations cancelled out. Tell me would you be pleased with this service.? More

Quick to help, but caused a new problem I had the misfortune of hitting an object in the road while traveling back on a Sunday from Florida to Tennessee. The collision caused a flat tire bu I had the misfortune of hitting an object in the road while traveling back on a Sunday from Florida to Tennessee. The collision caused a flat tire but no other damage. Porsche Roadside Assistance was excellent at picking the car up and delivering it to the dealer the next morning. I was on a very tight timeline to get home so I showed up at the dealer as soon as service opened to ensure that I could get the tire replaced as quickly as possible since we had already been delayed by the flat by 16 hours. The car had not yet arrived from the tow company, and despite my explanation of the situation, I was told that a service order couldn't be started without the car there, which was frustrating given that I had all the information that would be needed to do so. I had to ask that we at least check to see that the tire was in stock so that it we could get it coming from somewhere had it not been. I feel that more thought should be put around that process so that it doesn't cause unnecessary frustration. Once the car arrived, the tire was replaced as quickly as possible and I certainly appreciate the effort the service folks made to work me into a busy Monday morning. They were also able to expedite getting the car out from the wash line since I really needed to get back on the road to TN. However, I was further dismayed to find that when I left, none of my center console buttons (sport, sport plus, PSE, etc.) were functioning, when they had been previously working fine. So it seems that when the computer was hooked up to the vehicle it altered the programming and disabled all of those functions, and I'm not sure why that was necessary in the first place to simply change a tire. I now have had to take the car to my local dealer to get that remedied. I want to stress that all the individuals that I worked with (and I don't see them listed below) went above and beyond to help me out in a pinch, but I feel that giving them a little more leeway to react to each situation as needed rather than going by policy each time will help to reduce frustration like I encountered. More

My Day with Perimeter Initially I was met by the Gentleman who is responsible for the automobiles to be parked safely, keeping an order as to the service. Upon entering, greeted by Scott Feinglass, my assigned Porsche Representative, he obviously is a very good listener as I talked and he in turn taking notes. Then he went over everything I had mentioned, insuring nothing was left out. I then went over to Chris in the Parts Department and he have me a good price on my Spoiler for the front of my car, counting a Military Discount, which I then agreed to have mine replaced. I was introduced to Johnny Tran, who provided me with a Courtesy Car for my drive home. Prior to my departure, the lady in the coffee shop offered me something to eat and an Orange Juice, which was greatly appreciated. I said Good by to Scott, who assured me he would contact me as soon as my vehicle was ready. A few days later Scott called making me aware my car was ready, suggested I visit my tire guy for new stems. Now my care drives like it is new.
