New Tranny for GT4 Selected Perimeter as am somewhat familiar with since bought two cars here but live 4 hours away. No surprises. Chose to drive 4 hours for the TSB transmission replacement due to size and experience of service dept. Based on this experience cannot imagine anyone being displeased here. Extreme Price Gouging They charged $1,107.10 for an alignment on my 1997 993 cabriolet!!!!!! My insurance company was paying for it, so I guess they think they could gouge They charged $1,107.10 for an alignment on my 1997 993 cabriolet!!!!!! My insurance company was paying for it, so I guess they think they could gouge the insurance company. This will effect my insurance premiums and yours!!!! Also, not to mention that Hennessy Porsche informed me they would only charge $400 for the same services. Tony B. was my service advisor and thought nothing of it, after all he’s making a commission. They should be ashamed of themselves. Who charges $1,107.10 for an alignment???? Even Lamborghini & Ferrari aren’t that high. Shame on JE Porsche & Jimmie Ellis. Jim Ellis would be ashamed of how his business is being run. More

A+ from start to finish I had my 911 in for a replacement windshield and a few electrical issues. Tony Betancourt was my service rep and he was fantastic. I didnt have to wai I had my 911 in for a replacement windshield and a few electrical issues. Tony Betancourt was my service rep and he was fantastic. I didnt have to wait, we got setup with a loaner car and we were out the door. The next day Tony communicated what they had found in the multi point inspection and gave me quotes for each individual items so I could choose what I want to have done now and what we would have done at another visit. When the car was ready I got an email and a text from Tony. I was able to pay online and when I went to pick it up, everything was perfect and the car had been detailed. Great experience, great service and communication. More
