Poor customer service Very poor service. Each and every time I have gone to this Porsche dealer I have received nothing but horrible service. They always act like they are Very poor service. They always act like they are doing me a favor by helping me and I don’t know if it’s because I’m an African American female or what but service here is beyond horrible. They forget that I’m actually paying them to do a service. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Another example of how little the Jim Ellis company cares This is in addition to thermal I sent yesterday to service Manager Chuck. I arrived a little past 8:15 for my 8:15 appointment. When I arrived there w This is in addition to thermal I sent yesterday to service Manager Chuck. I arrived a little past 8:15 for my 8:15 appointment. When I arrived there were two service reps at the front engaged with other customers. I thought no problem someone will be here shortly. After 10 minutes and no other rep arriving the young lady (Laura) told me she would be right with me. She entered my name in the system and told me she was not my assigned rep but would get the process started. She asked the usual questions and I took her outside to shoe her what I thought was something I wanted to have the service tech check. We went back inside and as I was signing the paperwork for my work my assigned service rep arrived. At that point we were done. Has lAura not offered to help I was going to leave. She told me it would take approx. 90 minutes and I decided to wait. Laura checked back in with me several times to let me know what was going on. The job took a little over three hours for annual service and an oil change. When I was told it was done I went to the cashier, paid and they called for the car to be brought up. After 154 minutes and no car I went back to the cashier and asked for them to please bring up my car. After another 10 minutes and no car I was standing outside when another employee asked me if I was being helped. I explained the situation and then Laura came out and joined the conversation telling me they were looking for my misplaced car.This is unfortunately typical of my experiences at your facility. I have determined that after 20 years of this nonsense it is time to find a new servicing facility. More
Great experience I dropped my 728 Cayman S off on a Friday afternoon to diagnose a engine control check engine light. Turns out it was a bad O2 sensor. The part was I dropped my 728 Cayman S off on a Friday afternoon to diagnose a engine control check engine light. Turns out it was a bad O2 sensor. The part was not in stock. I was going out of town on Tuesday as to boot. My service Advisor Laura, and the the technician, got the part ordered and overnighted to have the repair complete by Monday afternoon and done under warranty. Thank you and I’ll be back! More
