I had a 1 year old toddler with me, so the personals were super willing to help watch The customer service was great during the drop off and pick up. I had a 1 year old toddler with me, so the personals were super willing to help watching her when I am trying to sign the document and when I am getting the car seat into the Uber. The only things I'd like to point out that could have been better is communication. When I called to make an appointment, it would have been nice to know that I needed to ask for an vehicle in order to get one. It should have been a standard question when making an appointment. Also, after my car was dropped off, I got no phone calls about what to expect after the initial assessment. According to my service person, I didn't get a call because it's covered under the warranty. I understand that there's not $ involved but still would have been nice to know if I can pick the car up after work or not. More
