It was a good visit. My gas cap door was broken. The wait was short and I got a car that had been washed back in a reasonable amount of time. Excellent service with outstanding results Since i bought the my 993 4c from Jim Ellis in 1996 this is the only service center to touch it. She has her wellness check each year. I turned in my Cayenne for service. A leak was found and repaired. I was thankful that the dealership took the initiative to fix the leak while still in service. I received a loaner and was not rushed to repaired. I was thankful that the dealership took the initiative to fix the leak while still in service. I received a loaner and was not rushed to bring back. This was a blessing because I live a distance from the dealership. The car was washed and cleaned better than I had done in the past. It was nice to have someone care for my car better than I would have. The only hiccup was in regards to sales. We are thinking of getting Macan. While my husband was waiting on our car he looked around the floor. There were not any salesmen there to assist him. Maybe next time. I really like the service department and my representative. More
