My Day with Perimeter Initially I was met by the Gentleman who is responsible for the automobiles to be parked safely, keeping an order as to the service. Upon entering, greeted by Scott Feinglass, my assigned Porsche Representative, he obviously is a very good listener as I talked and he in turn taking notes. Then he went over everything I had mentioned, insuring nothing was left out. I then went over to Chris in the Parts Department and he have me a good price on my Spoiler for the front of my car, counting a Military Discount, which I then agreed to have mine replaced. I was introduced to Johnny Tran, who provided me with a Courtesy Car for my drive home. Prior to my departure, the lady in the coffee shop offered me something to eat and an Orange Juice, which was greatly appreciated. I said Good by to Scott, who assured me he would contact me as soon as my vehicle was ready. A few days later Scott called making me aware my car was ready, suggested I visit my tire guy for new stems. Now my care drives like it is new. Yesterday I showed up on my second attempt and your computer had no record of my appointment. I showed Scott the email confirming and the listed service tech wasn’t there. He eventually fit me in. He is a nice guy and eventually gave me a little break on bill which i appreciated and frankly was appropriate. Told me I needed all new plugs even though less than 30k on car. I assumed that was correct but frankly wondered. About 3 hours in Scott told me the car was ready and asked if i wanted it washed. He said it would take about 15 minutes and I said yeah go ahead. 30 minutes later I was told the car was ready. i went out and the guy who took me to the car asked if i didn't want it washed cause it wasn’t washed yet. Your place is closer than the alternatives but given my experiences i dont know if I am coming back next time. More
Nice people bad prices I took my car in to have a small leak in my transmission repaired. The est cost was $31,000. A windshield wiper was $119, a replacement for a tire that was not leaking air was $450. How anyone would pay those prices for a car that is worth about $50,00 is beyond my comprehension. I sense that Perimeter Porsche is making big dollars for cars under warranty and can charge those prices back to Porsche NA. Anyway, it's evident that that your prices have forced me to select another Porsche repair shop. I have found an excellent Porsche service center that is repairing the leak for less than $3,000 and the windshield wiper is $22. The tire did not need replacing. I have owned three Porsches during the last 30 years and based on this experience and as much as I love the product, I could not recommend your service department unless the cost of repair and maintenance was covered under warranty. More

Great Experience My service tech yesterday was Laura and she was great. I was a "walk in" as I had a tire light come on and was nervous to drive without it being look My service tech yesterday was Laura and she was great. I was a "walk in" as I had a tire light come on and was nervous to drive without it being looked at. Laura was attentive and was able to get my car looked at and get me to my office while it was being worked on. I use to go to Hennessey Porsche when I owned a Panamera and until yesterday …. I felt the service was better there. I also had a courtesy shuttle driver who was great too. I think his name was Aaron. Even something so small as having a cold bottle of water in my car for me when it was pulled around was a great touch. More

Service manager, service representative, and shop foreman all listened to my description of the problem (sounded like the music was coming from underwater -- shop foreman's description) and decided what they thought was wrong. They were right. I so appreciated that they took the problem (can't hear music) as seriously as I did and fixed it. More
