The repair service was great. The wait time was a little unnecessary. I left the car the evening before for an 8am appt. and it wasn't touched until 3pm because I "wasn't there waiting". I have been a loyal customer from the time I purchased my Porsche. Further, I have complied with service requirements as well. So when I come in for a service and request that my vehicle not be washed afte Porsche. Further, I have complied with service requirements as well. Being that I was blown off, I have to assume that I cannot trust Porsche to handle something more complex at my request. Because of the pandemic (COVID-19), I wanted as few hands as possible touching my vehicle. After my warranty expires next year, I plan to trade my Porsche in for a Mercedes or the like. If I am in need of any service from Porsche prior to that, I wish to have a new service advisor opposed to the one I have been dealing with the past three years because, obviously, he does not value the customer in my opinion. I have visited to fix a flat tire issue. It was identified as a Tire failure, with no nails or Road hazard. Michelin gives a 55,000 miles guarantee for the tire and the tire was originally purchase identified as a Tire failure, with no nails or Road hazard. Michelin gives a 55,000 miles guarantee for the tire and the tire was originally purchased by the same dealer, but I was told the Tore is not covered in warranty and I was charged $400 for one tire. The MSRP of this Tore is $230 officially and is charged $210 at all other Tire shops, but the cost is very high (almost double) at the dealer. I had to get it done and paid ~$400, but I will surely think about visiting this dealer in future. We need to really look at the pricing structure if you need to attract more customers. More
My salesman worked really hard to find the Porshe with all the specs that I wanted. He was very professional throughout the entire process even when I thought the guy in finance could have approached a si all the specs that I wanted.
