Had some scheduling hiccups but overall the service experience was great; service required more time than expected but I was provided a free lyft ride home which was a nice touch. My car was out of warranty but the issue that I had was related to the extended warranty on Macan wheel speed sensors. I explained my (likely) problem and did not receive any negative feedback even though I was a customer presenting a diagnosis. Cody Woods was proactive and provided updates so I was always informed of progress. I also appreciated that the tech provided a video walk through of potential future problem areas. May take a bit of time to get scheduled but I will say they do go above and beyond to make sure they take care of you and your vehicle and fix it correctly.
