My most recent repair was completed correctly in that the mechanical problem was resolved, however, my car received damage to 3 interior panels during the course of the repair. I brought my concern to the se mechanical problem was resolved, however, my car received damage to 3 interior panels during the course of the repair. I brought my concern to the service advisor prior to leaving the dealership. Subsequently, I have reached out to multiple dealership employees in order to resolve the issue, but I have received no response and no resolution to my concerns. I recognize that accidents happen; I don't expect the dealership to be perfect, but I do expect them to acknowledge their mistakes and make the situation right. At the very least, some reply and communication are warranted. Simply ignoring me and hoping I will go away is no way to address a problem. I purchased my car from Porsche Atlanta Perimeter over 8 years ago and have been a loyal service customer ever since purchase. I take meticulous care of my car; I would hope that the dealership would at least make a good faith effort to do the same. I hope that they will do the right thing and address this issue. More
