A very good experience all around. I was happy that they were able to complete the service the same day, so that I didn't need to leave the vehicle overnight. Darvee Beard was hands down the best salesperson I have ever come across! My husband and I were looking to purchase a newer Macan for myself as my previous Macan was getting close to 100,000 miles. We went into Porsche Atlanta Perimeter as my husband works for Jim Ellis as well so we knew the service would be great, but Darvee went above and beyond our expectations! We told him we wanted a used Macan, and I had several requirements that I wanted for my new car. He showed us several that fit our budget and needs and when I decided I wanted Spyder wheels as well, he went back and found the perfect Macan with everything I wanted. Each time we visited, Darvee greeted us with a smile and wonderful attentiveness and care. He made us feel so well taken care of and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. While my car was in the shop finishing the certification process, he would update us every day on the process. When I picked my car up and the team noticed a small chip in the paint, they did not hesitate to fix it immediately and then they even detailed my car 2 days later after the new paint cured and topped me off on gas. He also got my car into service 2 days after I picked it up for a new speaker after we noticed one of my speakers had a slight rattle. Any time I had a question, needed an update, or anything, Darvee would text me back quickly and help me out. I cannot recommend him enough. I've met many a salesperson with my family in the car business, but I have never encountered someone so passionate and attentive in how they deal with their customers throughout and even after the buying process.
