I scheduled for appointment for malfunctioning window in my Cayane but changed into a later date. when I arrived I was given a 23 Macan which is way smaller for a family of 5. I should’ve been given at least similar to what I have dropped off. Not acceptable when the date was changed due to not having a loaner than given a compact car.
