Sure, but my experience has been that these guys know what they are doing, they correctly fix the problem the first time and thoroughly inspect the car at each service level. Here’s an example of going above and beyond. I had recently put a new set of tires on the car which I purchased at a specialty tire center known for high performance cars. On my way home my flat tire warning came on. This was late Saturday afternoon and the tire center was now closed. I pulled into Jim Ellis, Johnathon pulled my car in, located the problem tire, dismounted it, cleaned the inner rim (the cause of the problem), reinstalled the tire and charged me NOTHING! More

After spending hours encompassing several visits trying to buy a new or late model C4S, the salesman determined that he just didn't have the car for me. I found a used 'o2 model out of state to buy. I immediately took it to the Dealer to have $2,000 of new tires and associated work done. They refused to give me a loaner. Instead of calling on them in 2 years to buy a new one I will go elsewhere first. Seems penny wise pound foolish to me More
