So after 4 months of pondering, I decided to buy my first Porsche vehicle (2015 CPO Panamera). I reached out to May Neff, who already had several glowing reviews. May was a pleasure to work with. She truly knows the Porsche brand inside & out, which was evident during my test drive. She pointed out so many features that the vehicle has to offer and the test drive was NOT just a drive down the block & back! May wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable with the car and knew all that it could do. She treated me like we had known each other for years and that personalization really made my experience so much more than what I ever could've expected! I have to admit, when it comes to my vehicles, I am very specific. Danny told me they had just received a Porsche that was everything I was looking for. (Of course, not being a very trusting individual, and hearing those words, made me a little skeptical) The truth of the matter was... He was exactly right! Danny communicated with me several times daily during the inspection and certification process, answered every question, text, email, phone call, and trust me... there were several, without hesitation and always with a positive, friendly, reassuring, and professional attitude. Due to my schedule, I was unable to pick up the car once it was ready and he very willingly offered to deliver it to me (200+ miles round trip). Tommy knew more than anyone I've ever met about Porsches and it was obvious that this brand is more than a job for him - it's a true passion. Tommy not only located the exact car I wanted within a week (when I was expecting closer to a couple months) and had it shipped here, he went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout the process - always being extremely responsive and as thorough as I required to feel comfortable.
