Meet your best folks in town! I was very impressed with the folks at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. I went in last Saturday 5 PM to look for a CPO 2016 Black edition Cayman. The dealer I was very impressed with the folks at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. I went in last Saturday 5 PM to look for a CPO 2016 Black edition Cayman. The dealership did not have one. However, they quickly found one for me. There was only two in Atlanta area. I personally want to thank Gene McClure for making this buying experience a real joy, considering most previous vehicle purchases over the years have been a pain. Their focus on the needs of the customer is very apparent. I applaud them. Finally, I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. However, I am really appreciate Eric Mihelich (the General Manager) and Sean the Service Manager at Jim Ellis quick response and action to fix the problems I pass on to Gene and being ignore. Great Managment and their sincerely care about their customer needs and bring customer satisfaction! More

From the time I walked through thr door to the time I drove off with my car, I was extremely well taken care of. Gene had extensive knowledge of the car and was a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciated the time he took to explain the different features of the models I considered. I really liked that his background included working in the service and repair area. He literally knew the cars inside and out and it showed. I had a great deal of confidence in his knowledge about Porsche automobiles. I plan on having this car for quite some time, but when I replace it I know who I am coming to. More

My Becker Map Pilot was not in the car but Duffy had a brand new one shipped to me and it arrived via FedEx the next day. If I had to say one thing negative it would be. I did not feel like the car was really detailed very well (not a huge deal) and I even found some spare change and a remote to a ceiling fan or something in it, it was about a 7 on a scale of 1-10, but I am planning on having it detailed anyways.. Overall, I felt like it was a TERRIFIC purchase, great price and easy transaction...oh and I LOVE my new car! I would definitely purchase another car from Porsche Perimeter. More
Lied to me and refused to return my car within 24 hours Liars and cheats. The sales rep I dealt with; Tommie Walter was very convincing that he was an honest man. I found the car I bought from them on auto trader while I was in Texas for work. I asked the salesman specifically on the first phone call I made to him if the car had ACC (adaptive cruise control) and a couple other specific features that I was looking for, and he told me it did. The car was then shipped to me after I sent in payment and signed paperwork. When the car arrived I noticed within a couple of hours that it didn't have the features I was promised. I spoke to the sales rep and he told me that the spec sheet didn't have those features and they can't return the car or do anything for me. So now I get to spend the next several weeks with my attorney and the Georgia attorney general getting my money back for trusting these people. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! **Update. Just spoke with the general manager Erik M. he told me that he would take the car back, and then proceeded to chew me out for writing bad reviews about his business without calling him first. I told him exactly what the sales rep had told me which is that no one could take the car back and I can call his GM but they can't help me. He then told me that he didn't believe me that the sales rep told me the car had those features and he didn't believe me that there was anything I could do. I got upset at him and then he told me that Nevermind he won't take the car back. These people need a lesson in customer service. More
