When our work schedules conflicted with dealership hours, Chandler offered to come to our home after hours to get the car delivered and the necessary purchase documents signed. Since we were unfamiliar with the features on the car that we purchased, Chandler set aside time to give us a thorough in-service with our new vehicle, prior to our driving it off of the lot. Gave low review. Brand new $150,000 car. First few weeks the sun visor anchor broke and waited until 1st service (6 months) to report this. Jim Ellis Porsche said i Brand new $150,000 car. First few weeks the sun visor anchor broke and waited until 1st service (6 months) to report this. Jim Ellis Porsche said it’s NOT covered under warranty and would be ~$130.00 to replace. I paid it but very upset that Porsche does not stand behind a new car defective part that is clearly not well made. Emailed Porsche corporate. Have heard nothing. This is my 3rd Porsche but clearly my last. So many other great choices these days. Very disappointing. More
