During order process he explained every available option, listening carefully to my needs and wants and made excellent recommendations, never pushing me for anything I didn’t want but making me aware of options I hadn’t considered. On delivery day he did a great job of not overwhelming me with to much detail, just the important stuff and invited me back for a second round of “instructions” after I formed my list of questions. My first experience at the Service Center I called to try to relay a problem to the service center for advice, and by luck I had Sergey Marinin on the other end of the call. I took the car in (2012 Cayenne S) and one trip around the service center drive through, he knew what the problem was. He assured me that he would do everything he could to fix it quickly, and he did. I dropped off the car on a Monday, it was done on Tuesday, and was on its way to Florida Thursday morning.
