Just What You Should Expect Tony was great in explaining what needed to be done both before and after it was done. He kept me apprised of the progress that was being made during the servicing, and notified me as to when it would be finished so that I could plan to pick it up without wasting time. He took the time afterward to go over everything that was done, and assured me that he would follow-up after the weekend to make sure that everything was still good. (He did, and it was.)
