Nickel and dimes A year ago I bought a 2009 911 S cab from Porsche of Colorado Springs. As part of the sale a 60k service was done. A year later took the 911 into Porsche Atlanta Perimeter for an oil change. Told the service rep a 60k service had already been done. She kept bringing back sheets saying the plugs, brake fluid, serpentine belt etc needed to be changed. Again, told her it had been done. They never once called the Colorado Springs store to verifiy.so everything on the sheet is I declined the service (to keep their nose clean). While they were nice I felt them digging around in my wallet for any dollar they could get. I fully understand the level of expense to service this type of car but the process they used Turned me off Just like going to the doctor today research first ask a lot of questions when you get there. Just bought a 2019 Porsche Targa 4 GTS I was in the market for a Porsche. I called several, what I thought were high end, dealerships in Atlanta and Greensboro, NC. Apparently no one was interested in my business....at each establishment called I was told that what I wanted was not possible - just a manual transmission Targa. Disappointing to say the least, until I contacted Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. On my first call I was told that they could help me get WHATEVER I wanted. I was going to be in Atlanta shortly and the dealership offered to meet me where ever I was with a Porsche for me to test drive. I just received my car yesterday, just over 60 days from that first test drive. It is exactly what I wanted! All the paperwork was overnighted to me, every detail taken care of. Immediate follow up by my contact person, Julia Cruz - who is amazing. She kept me informed every step of the way while the car was in production, shipping and delivery.
