Porsche Atlanta perimeter sucks Took the 911 for routine maintenance a eeek ago. While I was there had them look at a place on the seat where the stitching was loose. They said they needed the leather shop to look at it, so they scheduled a new appointment for Oct 29. Everything was fine until a thug tried to break into the loaner car when I stopped at an Arby’s in Union City, GA. He damaged the window and plastic around the window. I immediately notified Porsche Atlanta perimeter. Suddenly they had determined the spot on the seat was normal wear and tear (if that was the case there would have been no reason for the return visit/appointment) they were not going to fix the loose stitching on the seat and I needed to return the loaner car immediately. They are real xxx. More

Look for a CPO elsewhere If you are looking for a quality Certified Pre-Owned car, please, look anywhere but Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. After a nationwide search for CPO 91 If you are looking for a quality Certified Pre-Owned car, please, look anywhere but Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. After a nationwide search for CPO 911’s, I found the perfect match at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. The sales process was great and the deal was closed quickly. I flew to Atlanta and drove the car back in-state. When I went to get my state inspection performed, which is required for registration, my local Porsche dealer said there was something very wrong with this car. I was completely flabbergasted, as the car seemed fine to me, and drove exactly like the day I bought it from PAP. The technician explained that there was an uncharacteristic vibration in the car. Unfortunately, since this was my first 911 (and in fact my first Porsche) I did not notice the issue. The tech then put me into another 911 (same year & transmission) that they had on the lot. The difference was shocking. The car I was sold was very clearly not a car that should have been a CPO. It’s not a car that any reputable dealership should have sold at all. To date I have owned the car for 10 weeks and it has been in my local Porsche dealership for the last 7 of those. They have not yet been able to identify the underlying issue, and I don’t expect to have it back anytime soon. The general manager of PAP, Eric M, has been completely unsympathetic and refuses to accept any responsibility. The situation, in short, has been a complete nightmare. At this point, my only hope is that this review helps save someone else from the frustrations that I’m going through. If you are in the market for a quality CPO, please take my advice: avoid Jim Ellis dealerships in general, and Porsche Atlanta Perimeter in particular. In my opinion, they are abusing the Porsche CPO program and tarnishing the Porsche brand. More

Due to whatever - I spent the entire day in the waiting area and the emissions was not completed. The work was completed and the car (along with some upholstery work) was returned on Tuesday. More

However, the car's computer system determined it was not an equipment problem, but a computer malfunction, so the computer corrected itself and I was not billed for my time there. Just one more example of how IA is being woven into our lives. More
