The whole process took 3 hours from the dealership i had to wait for the rental car driver to pick us up and then two hours to recieve a loaner car , I basically had to take the day off from work and reschedule my meetings. This was a very unorganized process and I have owned many high end cars and the service was amazing never had a issue. More

I am an out-of-state buyer and I placed an order for a custom build through Chad and since Day 1, he has been phenomenal to deal with - highly knowledgeable, transparent, respectful and professional. No matter how many questions I had, Chad addressed each one of them with promptness. He is genuine, sincere and it's quite evident that he truly values and cares for his clients. During the ~ 2 month wait for the vehicle to arrive at the dealership - he was extremely proactive in keeping me updated on the production and delivery statuses. I experienced some major flight delays when flying into Atlanta to pick up my vehicle. Chad kept in touch through the entire day and was very accommodating - resulting in an extremely smooth delivery process. He educated me on every feature of the vehicle and conducted a detailed walked through of all the vehicle settings so we could configure it to suit my needs before I left. He even stayed well beyond the dealership business hours to make sure I didn't leave until I was 100% satisfied. During my late night drive back to my home state, he even reached out a couple of times to ensure I was safe! My finance manager was Brian Westbrook - extremely helpful associate with a great sense of humor, who handled my paperwork with ease - adding to the positive experience! Wing's 2001 Turbo I have a small leak in my transmission and Scott recommended that service check it out by applying a coating on it to see where the leak was. Service found that there was a leak (see RO7762) for the details. The conclusion was to repair the trans it would cost approx. $33,000. Since the car's current value is around $50K, I determined that it was worth repairing it at this time. Scott was extremely helpful and did a great job in explaining the problem and alternatives. diff to get right Ding repair appt had to be changed by Porsche 3x before the last set appt time was again changed, the very day of the appt. Had a back door ding corr Ding repair appt had to be changed by Porsche 3x before the last set appt time was again changed, the very day of the appt. Had a back door ding corrected, well done. Had another ding on back hatch door. No one informed me that the hatch door ding could not be repaired and I didn't notice it wasn't addressed until i got home. Wish I'd have the option to pay extra to have the hacth door ding repaired and not found out after having left shop. Now i need to find a diff repair shop to finish the work. More
