Service We have recently purchased a new car , we had to schedule a service for the vehicle to have some details and steer noise issue , we scheduled it with We have recently purchased a new car , we had to schedule a service for the vehicle to have some details and steer noise issue , we scheduled it with a loaner car and was planning to drop the car and pick up the loaner and leave within a few minutes, since it was a working day and I had important meets scheduled. The whole process took 3 hours from the dealership i had to wait for the rental car driver to pick us up and then two hours to recieve a loaner car , I basically had to take the day off from work and reschedule my meetings. This was a very unorganized process and I have owned many high end cars and the service was amazing never had a issue. More

No matter how many questions I had, Chad addressed each one of them with promptness. He is genuine, sincere and it's quite evident that he truly values and cares for his clients. During the ~ 2 month wait for the vehicle to arrive at the dealership - he was extremely proactive in keeping me updated on the production and delivery statuses. I experienced some major flight delays when flying into Atlanta to pick up my vehicle. Chad kept in touch through the entire day and was very accommodating - resulting in an extremely smooth delivery process. He educated me on every feature of the vehicle and conducted a detailed walked through of all the vehicle settings so we could configure it to suit my needs before I left. He even stayed well beyond the dealership business hours to make sure I didn't leave until I was 100% satisfied. During my late night drive back to my home state, he even reached out a couple of times to ensure I was safe! My finance manager was Brian Westbrook - extremely helpful associate with a great sense of humor, who handled my paperwork with ease - adding to the positive experience!
