Great Experience My service tech yesterday was Laura and she was great. I was a "walk in" as I had a tire light come on and was nervous to drive without it being look My service tech yesterday was Laura and she was great. I was a "walk in" as I had a tire light come on and was nervous to drive without it being looked at. Laura was attentive and was able to get my car looked at and get me to my office while it was being worked on. I use to go to Hennessey Porsche when I owned a Panamera and until yesterday …. I felt the service was better there. I also had a courtesy shuttle driver who was great too. I think his name was Aaron. Even something so small as having a cold bottle of water in my car for me when it was pulled around was a great touch. More

I bought a certified pre-owned car and I thought the price was fair and better than what most other dealerships wanted for similar cars. Alex was certainly persistent and I believe we came to a conclusion on the deal of the two cars I purchased (one new, one used) where we were both happy with price and I was satisfied with the specification and quality of the vehicles. There also seems to be a big difference in the level of attention you get in the US compared to the UK when spending nearly $200k on motor cars (to be clear, my experience of UK Porsche dealerships being better). I must say that Spencer (who was forced to take on the transaction when Alex left without advising me) has been excellent and the overall delivery and follow up has been good thus far. More

Better than I expected I called at the last minute to see if I could do a walk in and they told me yes.
