Earlier review: I put down a $2,500 deposit on a Cayman S. I ended up having to cancel that order. The General Manager assured me that he'd refund the $2,500 if they were able to sell the car. They told me the car would be delivered Sept 12, and that they'd keep in touch. Since that time, they have not kept in touch. I've followed up with the Sales Manager and the General Manager and they do not respond. I'm OK with the concept that I may lose the $2,500 if they can't sell the car, but it seems that they should at least follow up on their promise. I look forward to hearing from the General Manager. More

I would highly recommend Julia Cruz. She was fantastic. I knew what I wanted to see and compare and she had all the vehicles ready to go. The one at the top of the list wasn’t even on the lot and she had it knew what I wanted to see and compare and she had all the vehicles ready to go. She also trouble shot my Sirius radio issues due to a new radio install not filed with Sirius after I had the car home. She provided great service The General Manager was negotiable but he decided he was done without letting me know that was his purpose for coming out to speak with me instead he gave me accolades from coming in and all sorts of forced appreciation. I asked him if I had missed something. He said “Oh” In a surprised tone no less, “I cannot accept your offer”. We were less than 500.00 apart mind you. So the negotiation had terminated without me knowing and he wanted me to know that he was annoyed. Job well done. More
My visit was excellent for my annual oil change and installing of a new battery to replace my original battery in my 2015 Boxster, but I must say $178 as installation charge (fee) to install a brand ne installing of a new battery to replace my original battery in my 2015 Boxster, but I must say $178 as installation charge (fee) to install a brand new battery that I paid $340 separately to their Service Department is just purely absurd. Charging me $178 to install a battery that I brought elsewhere is palatable. But, I am royally loyal customer that had all my service done here since day 1 of buying my 2015 Porsche Boxster at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. Add insult to injury of the installation charge, I had to reach out to Tony because my driver side window did not open or close with the "one touch" as it usually does, but the passenger side was totally fine. Luckily, my service advisor, Tony Betancourt, is excellent and always courteous and professional. He gave me the instructions on how to trigger the "one-touch" window to work again. He makes the visit worth it, but Porsche Atlanta Perimeter can do better then to charge $178 to their return customers. Serious, they need to rethink that battery installation price when a brand new battery is purchased during my visit there with own Service Department! Please note all of 5 stars that I gave is for Tony Betancourt. If I could rate the Quality of Work by the Service Tech it would have been 3! More
