I cannot say enough about Craig Buffington and the team at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. The service experience is always pleasant, quick and I genuinely feel like I can trust the team (which is hard to find) at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. I scheduled an oil change for a car I drove about 1000 miles in the past year and the advisor told me when I got there that the dealership DOES NOT do regular oil change and that I must do the annual serv miles in the past year and the advisor told me when I got there that the dealership DOES NOT do regular oil change and that I must do the annual service which cost me about $300 more. I thought this was wrong of them to "upsell" the service which i did not like. Number one. Who doesn't do just oil changes. And two, I would've liked to have been told this at the time of making the appointment. The service was average at best. More

I really liked my salesperson, Brandon, but I was underwhelmed with the buying experience. The dealership was always busy and every visit, I was left to wait in the lounge for a minimum of 15 minute underwhelmed with the buying experience. The dealership was always busy and every visit, I was left to wait in the lounge for a minimum of 15 minutes, even when I had a scheduled appointment. There were no available finance members to meet with me and I ended up having to have conversations by phone. For the expense of the car, I did not feel like my time was valued or that my business mattered to the dealership. I briefly met the manager when I put down my deposit and then never saw or heard from him again. The management truly needs to give the sales team the support needed to ensure customers are greeted timely, made to feel appreciated and able to have discussions in person. More
