I have given this one star rating because I've used this dealer for every service since purchasing my vehicle and sadly as a result of my former service advisor Mr. FEINGLASS recent retirement my new adviso dealer for every service since purchasing my vehicle and sadly as a result of my former service advisor Mr. FEINGLASS recent retirement my new advisor (S. GREEN) was a MAJOR disappointment. I can't understand how my car seem to fall apart on the first visit w/S. GREEN. This guy "found" a ton of issues w/my car as if he was on a vandetta to pad the bill so much so that of all of this "needed" work the fine Mr. FEINGLASS and I were aware of only one concern. On the other hand, S. GREEN (remember the name) he doesn't respond to voicemail (poor customer service), he wasn't savy enough to review my file to see that the vehicle was under warranty (smh). Once the work was completed he sent me a bill as if there wasn't a warranty (wow, woah, what!). I left him a voice message regarding his error and he never returned my call instead sent a corrected bill without any verbal communication (PORSCHE...you are too classy for this!). S. GREEN totally ignored the services I requested as my final bill proved they were never completed. Thankfully, after expressing my disgust, dissatisfaction, and disappointment to the service manager regarding S. GREEN ALL issues were rectified. I would STRONGLY recommend Porsche Perimeter to any and everyone HOWEVER, if S. GREEN is your service advisor PLEASE BEWARE and by all means REVIEW YOUR BILL. This last service has brought a deeper appreciation for my former advisor....Mr. FEINGLASS... YOU, your INTEGRITY and IMPECCABLE service is missed. More
