Jason Quackenbush provided a great sales experience. He kept us updated from the time the order was placed to delivery. At delivery he went through a detailed demonstration on operating the Cayenne and He kept us updated from the time the order was placed to delivery. At delivery he went through a detailed demonstration on operating the Cayenne and responded to questions later. I suggest that sales also handles the business side rather than breaking the buying experience into two components. More

Can't say enough about the incredible service at Jim Ellis Porsche. We ordered a vehicle several months ago, and got constant updates from both Tommy and Duffy about the status of the vehicle during pr Ellis Porsche. We ordered a vehicle several months ago, and got constant updates from both Tommy and Duffy about the status of the vehicle during production and shipping. It arrived about a week early and was everything that we hoped for. Vehicle delivery was set up and scheduled on our timeframe. Everyone that we dealt with was super professional and accommodating.
