I'm rating it 4 rather than 5 stars because I reserved a loaner car a month before my service, but when I went for my appointment, there were no loaners available. I was depending on getting a loaner based on my day's activities. Maybe more loaners are needed at the dealership, but I feel they should be made available to those a loaner was promised. More
