Car taken in 3/30/33 and was just picked up last week-6 months later! Old car that parts had to be ordered from Germany. Eventually when I reached him, I was told they could not get the parts and they got them from a place in north GA. 2 more months went by with no communication or response to my call for status. I was told there is no manager over the service advisors that could help with finding out what was going on with my car. This shop has gone down tremendously since the days of Jim Ellis! More

We had a scheduled appointment to do the annual service and implement a recall required by Porsche. I got there and had to wait for 3.5 hours for service to be completed and was told to come a different da and implement a recall required by Porsche.
