He was also very clear and straightforward about pricing and next steps, which made the process easy and stress-free. Travis is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features, and he answered every question confidently. One thing that really impressed me was that he stayed after work to take extra time with me, walking through the car and explaining some of the more technical aspects I was specifically interested in. The paperwork and closing process was streamlined, and delivery/handoff was excellent, he covered the fundamentals and made sure I was set up on the key features I cared about before I left.
