I have repeatedly had a bad experience with Porsche Arlington - mostly mansplaining and acting as if they knew better than the silly woman with the fancy car. The dealership manager continues to get promoted up, even though he is the worst of the bunch. More

Incredibly disappointed is the best possible summary I can give. I came in on Tuesday, April 11 to schedule service for Friday, April 14. Nothing outlandish, just an oil change and emissions as well as price quotes on some parts. After dropping my car off on Friday morning I was told my service advisor would be in touch "soon", but that they were a little backed up. I didn't hear anything Friday or Saturday so I stopped in on Sunday for a status check. They told me a technician had been assigned but it didn't appear they'd touched my car yet. I was told my advisor would call or email me with an update on Monday. Didn't hear anything Monday so I stopped by on Tuesday and was told it didn't appear that my car had been worked on yet, but that my advisor would reach out Wednesday with an update. Hearing nothing on Wednesday I came in a third time that evening and stated that if I didn't hear anything by Thursday (today, April, 20) I would pick my car up and take it elsewhere for service. That clearly made a difference as I heard from my advisor Thursday morning. At this point I had given the dealer nearly a week to perform what should have been, at most, a few hours work and decided to only get emissions checked and pick up the car to take it elsewhere. Upon pickup they "lost" my car and spent an hour (5:50PM-6:50PM) trying to find it. It was in the lot triple parked behind two other cars. Upon pickup I find out that even though I've been charged for an emissions test, there was no certificate with results and they had managed to break my keyfob such that it now only works as a physical key, and the keyless functions are dead. While the employees I spoke to in the dealership were polite there was absolutely no follow through. Needless to say, I would not recommend Porsche of Arlington to anyone and I will not be returning in the future. More
This is the worst Porsche dealership I have ever been to. The service department is horrible . I took my car for a regular oil change and four and a half hours later , they haven’t even look at my car. Servi The service department is horrible . I took my car for a regular oil change and four and a half hours later , they haven’t even look at my car. Service advisor said that the service won’t even happen today, maybe tomorrow. Even after I asked him how long would it take because I have things to do and I need the car today. He said, about two hours. Then I said ok, I’ll come back. They took the vehicle at 12:30. By 5pm, no one did anything to my car. Extremely disappointed. This is just the beginning of my reviews and posts on social media until it gets to Mr Rosenthal attention. 0 stars and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Didn't expect that my first experience with Porche would be so terrible. This dealership is tarnishing the brand. I bought a Cayenne for my wife and I can not let her drive it because it is not safe, espec be so terrible. This dealership is tarnishing the brand. I bought a Cayenne for my wife and I can not let her drive it because it is not safe, especially since she mostly drive with the kids. Upon receiving delivery of the vehicle, I immediately took it back because the brakes sounded funny. The floor manager at the time said it was normal with porches, a Google search confirmed. The next day I went to get the car inspected and was surprised when the inspector said that the brakes need to be replaced immediately. In disbelief, I said, "Porche said they do a 110-point inspection on their vehicles that is impossible". The brakes were 1.2 mm and already cut through the sensor. To put things into perspective, Porche maintenance specs recommend changing at about 2.5mm and a minimum of 2mm. So the vehicle was way below the brand minimum recommendation and should never have past their 110-point inspection and definitely should not have let me take delivery of the vehicle, I could have died if the breaks failed. Armed with this information, I took the information to Porche Arlington to get the brakes replaced and was surprised when they said that they can do anything about it. The car now sits in my garage until I can get the brakes in to replace it. More
This dealership has a lack of integrity and constantly changes employees. They damaged my vehicle and are refusing to fix it. Don't not shop or do services with this dealership.
