I purchased a used Boxster at a fair price and in good condition. The sales and service team Mike C and Ryan K were courteous with an eye to keeping me as a future customer. Sales rep did not try to press condition. The sales and service team Mike C and Ryan K were courteous with an eye to keeping me as a future customer. Sales rep did not try to pressure the sale and promised repairs at purchase were completed in two days. Dealership is working hard to get good reviews. They earned them in my case. More
I went to this dealership to look at a used 911 with 26Kmiles, the sales team told me their service department reviews their vehicles and all electronics and mechanics were working without issue. The pu 26Kmiles, the sales team told me their service department reviews their vehicles and all electronics and mechanics were working without issue. The purchase process took more than 6 hours, there was very little compromise on the price. When leaving the dealership I was handed a single key which had an unprogrammed remote, no other key came with the car. They told me to return the at the first of the week and they would reprogram the remote, no problem. The battery on the car was dead the next morning, there was a grinding sound coming from the transmission. I went back to the dealership, the used-sales manager Victor was very rude and basically told me to have the battery and the key fixed it would cost me $750 and since the car was sold "As-is" they would not be responsible for any problems.... on a car that left their dealership two days prior. They also charged me about $1000 for taxes tags and processing. They forgot to process my license plates despite being charged ~$300 for tags. My temp tags expired and 6 weeks later after multiple ignored emails and phone calls still no tags. I now have a car I can't drive with more problems than a mid-80s Dodge K car and a dealership that will ignore or screw you at every possible angle. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP they are either criminals or criminally incompetent. More

They caused damage during the repair and getting them to fix it was a complete hassle. Their initial reaction was that I brought it in that way although Ron then admitted it was their issue. The car only had 1300 miles and I would have expected much better from someone selling 6 figure cars. I even had to get Porsche of North America involved. I was without the car for 10 days and the dealer didn't offer a rental or compensation on the original repair and the damage was not fixed adequately. They might be OK if everything goes well but when something goes wrong, their response is poor. Porsche of NA came through with a good solution...they get 5 stars. As for the dealership...worst experience ever...they get 0 stars. More
Kevin disregarded my request for a new Porsche, and would only show me a used one that I had no interest in. He did not listen to me and seemed to not care about what I wanted. He knew very little about the only show me a used one that I had no interest in. He did not listen to me and seemed to not care about what I wanted. He knew very little about the car. He couldn't tell me a single thing about the mechanics or the engine or how many g's it could pull. He often disregarded my questions and continued to speak slowly about how to work the A/C and lights. He was condescending and would not take me on a test drive. He also kept answering his phone and having conversations with other people, and answering e-mails while I sat at his desk. Obviously, I am going somewhere else where the salesperson will treat me with respect. More
overall a very good experience - excellent pricing - beautiful detailing job on the car - a bit far from my home but well worth the trip - I would reccommend them. beautiful detailing job on the car - a bit far from my home but well worth the trip - I would reccommend them. More
i purchased a 2009 Porsche Cayenne used. the initial experience was ok. The finance guy and sales guy were ok. But on the ride home I noticed there was no owners manual in the glove box. I contacted the experience was ok. The finance guy and sales guy were ok. But on the ride home I noticed there was no owners manual in the glove box. I contacted the dealer repeatedly requesting the manual. The sales guy had already left the company in the first two weeks and the manager promised to give me the manual, when I contacted him weeks later he said he gave it away to another customer and promised to order it for me and ship to my home. it's months later now and even though I have a voicemail from the general manager of the dealership saying it will be handled I still have no manual. I opened a case with the better business bureau. More
This is my third car from Porsche of Arlington. The sales person I worked with in the past was Chick Stanton, who was a great person to work with but unfortunately he passed away. I am glad to say tha sales person I worked with in the past was Chick Stanton, who was a great person to work with but unfortunately he passed away. I am glad to say that Nicholas carries on his tradition of being customer focused, responsive, and very professional. He was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to working with him on future purchases. More
Bought a 2010 911 4S and car took over one month to be ready.I think reason was dealer trying to find another buyer--guy who negotiated price was fired. During that month car was scratched in two places which I had to have repaired--dealer acted like it was always there. Car turned over to me with empty tank of gas, badly in need of tune up, and without owners manuals--which they still have not provided. License tag attachment need for front (VA registered)and they didn't have the attachment. Dealership offices a wreck...carpet torn in the offices and badly in need of painting. Downtrodden shape of offices should have been a signal to me. Sales guy nice but powerless. Do not buy from this dealership, I never will again! More
Dominique was very friendly and helpful, she is fairly new but was eager to gather any info that I needed in order to complete my purchase. Ric is one of the manager and he was very pleasant and kind. I new but was eager to gather any info that I needed in order to complete my purchase. Dominique was the best sales person ever. We truly enjoyed her energy and her willingness to work with us. If we win the lotto in the near future, we'll definitely be back to purchase from her.
