I just had a great buying experience at Porsche of Arlington! My salesman Tex was excellent; he made sure I was well taken care of. Sami (Manager) was a true professional and easy to work with. They have the WORST customer service. They are completely incompetent. Do your research and go Anywhere except for there! Even if it is a temporary facility, it is still supposed to be representative of a hi incompetent. Do your research and go Anywhere except for there! Even if it is a temporary facility, it is still supposed to be representative of a high end dealership. Not IMPRESSED! People are rude. Unfortunately, the car is purchased and they get credit for the sale. They are only worried about the sale and after that the follow thru is poor. I had to get temporary tags twice because they were so incompetent with transferring my tags which never happened. I had just purchased a Range Rover in Maryland only one month prior to this purchase and to compare the customer service is like night and day! They were superb at the Range Rover dealership with excellent follow thru! I would NEVER recommend them!!! My friend tried to convince me to go the Annapolis Porsche dealership where he recently purchased his vehicle and apparently the experience has been very professional and pleasant! I should have listened! More

I recently met David "Tex" from Porsche of Arlington over the summer of 2013. He showed be a few cars however; I never made a purchase. I recently looked on the website and found a used low Arlington over the summer of 2013. He showed be a few cars however; I never made a purchase. I recently looked on the website and found a used low mileage Mercedes. I emailed him quickly and he responded in a matter of minutes. I came over to take a look at the vehicle and it was spotless. He was not pushy or obnoxious in any way. He heard my concerns and assured me the car was in great condition and sound. He also provided the "back story" on the car as it was one of his customer's trades for a new Porsche. He detailed for the vehicle, added a full tank of gas and even a Porsche mug. (Although, I purchased a MB from a Porsche dealer) After having the vehicle for a week I noticed there was chip in the glass and he took care of that for free. (Since I purchased the vehicle at night and was not able to see the chip). His sales manager was Victor was really nice as well and was very helpful with my out of state inspection on the car. The general sales manager was a JERK and very condescending. I asked reasonable detail questions about why the dealer needed to run my credit when I was paying cash, I got some lame-brain excuse and a negative attitude. What he didn't realize was I work where the financial laws are created that dealers abide by. All in all the experience was great with David "Tex". I look forward to get my Cayenne in 2014 from him. I would recommend my friends, family and anyone looking to be treated with excellent service! More

They caused damage during the repair and getting them to fix it was a complete hassle. Their initial reaction was that I brought it in that way although Ron then admitted it was their issue. The car only had 1300 miles and I would have expected much better from someone selling 6 figure cars. I even had to get Porsche of North America involved. I was without the car for 10 days and the dealer didn't offer a rental or compensation on the original repair and the damage was not fixed adequately. They might be OK if everything goes well but when something goes wrong, their response is poor. Porsche of NA came through with a good solution...they get 5 stars. As for the dealership...worst experience ever...they get 0 stars. More

Kevin disregarded my request for a new Porsche, and would only show me a used one that I had no interest in. He did not listen to me and seemed to not care about what I wanted. He knew very little about the only show me a used one that I had no interest in. He did not listen to me and seemed to not care about what I wanted. He knew very little about the car. He couldn't tell me a single thing about the mechanics or the engine or how many g's it could pull. He often disregarded my questions and continued to speak slowly about how to work the A/C and lights. He was condescending and would not take me on a test drive. He also kept answering his phone and having conversations with other people, and answering e-mails while I sat at his desk. Obviously, I am going somewhere else where the salesperson will treat me with respect. More
