I ignored all the signs (splashes of wax residue all over the front bumpers). The sales man said they had just waxed the vehicle and had done a bad job. I thought to myself that I would take it to my own detailer who would do a better job. I ignored the signs because I really wanted the full sunroof and the roof rails. The only combination I saw similar to that was in Chicago (too far to inspect), California (too far to inspect), Arizona (too far to inspect) and Florida (never from Florida) My home Porsche dealership were looking for one for me but I was ready to trade in my present 2004 Cayenne since this combination is what I wanted for my bikes, skis and snowboard. (Getting rails done afterwards can be a pain or can be done the wrong way, leading to leaks) Needless to say, I was excited to get my vehicle and even drove it to Toronto from Washington DC in order to meet some co-workers for a conference. Same co-workers who I convinced to buy a Porsche. The day I was about to leave, the vehicle looked a mess. Bugs galore. I called the local Porsche dealer in downtown Toronto where my friends bought theirs and asked for a complementary wash. They said sure. After the wash, they told me whoever fixed the front end damage did a really bad job. All I could say was WHAT???!!!!! They walked me to the vehicle and I could see they had gotten all the wax spots off and you could tell there was some discoloration in the tone. They showed the over spray that hadn't been done with the bumper off so wax was used to polish the vehicle. I was sooo hurt. Then they showed me the magnet test. A magnet would not stick to one side of the front left bumpers. I then felt sick to my stomach. The readings from the composite tests were off the charts. I felt cheated. From a Porsche dealer of all dealerships where if someone is buying a 50G car or more should not be afraid that they will be ripped off but it’s exactly what I have gone through with Porsche of Arlington. That is what I get for not waiting for my local dealership where I have had a long standing service relationship with my older 2004 Cayenne. I paid for a second test state side and had pictures taken at my home dealership with the composite numbers in order to show the VA Attorney general’s office and other officials who would listen. I travel a bunch to EU and the AP region so following up has been a bit hard. My emails to management at Porsche of Arlington got some traction. I was told to come in to talk. Shoppers beware of this dealership. Stay far far away. They will cheat you. Get your vehicle tested, go through the magnet test to ensure the body panels are all metal. Don’t get cheated. READ the other reviews here. They are obviously written by the salesmen themselves or Robo entries. Anyone buying a Porsche doesn't have the time to write a good sales review. We rather give a recommendation to friends who in turn go to the dealership to buy because of our opinion. You will notice the spelling mistakes riddled though the reviews. My take that a Porsche buyer would have better diction that what has been written here. More

Great Car I have been looking for an older car with-in my budget for about 4 months that was super clean. I was surprised that a facility of hi end prestigious I have been looking for an older car with-in my budget for about 4 months that was super clean. I was surprised that a facility of hi end prestigious automobiles had the year and make of the SL500 Mercedes that I was looking for. I sent and inquire that was promptly returned with favorable information with out being pushy and we set an appointment with a manager following up as a courtesy. I filled out an online application and was given very favorable financing terms within hours. The SL was in superb shape and a warranty was provided. Friendly service,and great communication were prevelant and when I am looking for another elite vehicle I will definitely go to Porsche of Arlington. Mike Bramble More
