Perfect introduction to the Porsche family I have wanted a Porsche since childhood. Porsche of Arlington provided me with top-notch service and a memorable experience to bring me into Porsche ownership! I initially phoned the dealership to inquire about test driving a used 911 and Cayman. Although I anticipated not buying a car for at least 6 months, I wanted to narrow down my options and spend the intervening time watching the market for a specific car. Mike Chauca provided me with excellent service. He was friendly and low-pressure. Despite making it clear that I was not ready to buy, he let me test drive 3 cars that day and let me soak in the experience of each one. I went home firmly with my mind made up that in fact a new Cayman was what I wanted. Fast-forward one month, and I found myself in the position to go ahead and complete a purchase. I followed-up with Victor (sales manager) and Mike. They were straightforward in negotiations and within 24 hours we had come to a deal. The delivery day though was what truly was special. I arrived at the dealership to find my Cayman under a cover in the showroom. The car was "unveiled" to me and I got to drive it out of the showroom. My wife took pictures and video, making it a really memorable experience. The whole team appreciated the fact that this was a special day for me, and they went out of their way to make sure I could make the most of it. Truly impressive service. More

Two years we purchased a second-hand Porsche that was originally purcha This experience, which began two years ago with service, has been impressive. Two years we purchased a second-hand Porsche that was originally purchased at Porsche Arlington. Each time the car was in service, I was treated with no difference to not having not been the original purchaser. In many ways Service sold me on purchasing a new car from Porsche Arlington. When we did purchase our new car, everything was pre-negotiated over the phone, i.e. trade-in value and new car price. We arrived at the dealership at 7:30pm on Friday when they closed at 8:00pm. The dealership could not have been more accommodating and there was no issue with our time of arrival. In fact, we were treated so well that we changed the car we had intended to purchase for one with a few more upgrades. As a result, we did not leave the dealership until close to 2:00am. We were there for close to 6.5 hours and there was not a single "huff" or body movement indicating we were inconveniencing anyone. It was important to Porsche Arlington that we be treated fairly and with respect and that we were accommodated....with 100.0% certainty...we were! As a point of comparison, we did comparison shop and started the journey at Porsche Tysons. Porsche Tysons was $10,000 higher and were completely indifferent about the sale. Porsche Tysons was unwilling and unable to engage is constructive dialogue about the price. Very negative experience at Porsche Tysons! One of my criticisms of U.S. retail is that unlike other areas it can often be unpleasant to spend one's capital. Porsche Arlington made the experience extremely pleasant and I recommend the experience to anyone considering the purchase of a Porsche. Please note that I have not mentioned individuals by name in this review. We interacted with so many and each person was as professional and pleasant as the rest. Damaged my paint and worst service. I was looking forward to get great customer service until the people in the service center didn't seem too friendly. I considered they were going through lots of stress and etc., but what I kindly asked was for my vehicle to be washed interior and exterior. I had a black Porsche and the porters I believe ruined my paint and wheels. I do not know exactly know what they applied to the wheels but the results came out to be that it doesn't "shine" as how it used to be and whatever cloth or microfiber they are using to whip the cars is horrible. I saw a lot of swirls all over the car and I was not too happy. There were two porters who washed my porsche and those two workers I believe were Billy and Ronald from hearing their names being called each time. I had clear view of my car being washed but i was just expecting to get a better service than a half' work they both did. Im sure other customer would be extremely mad if they went through my situation. More

Quick trip and excellent service in the D.C area Mike Chauca was friendly, straightforward, and explained all questions in detail. Easy pick up process from Reagan National (DCA), I was able to take the manual transmission vehicle for a good drive in traffic and put the car through it's gears, the vehicle was as described, clean Carfax vehicle, all manuals and keys present, and he also went through previous maintenance records as well as the pre-purchase inspection and repairs that were completed by the dealer, Porsche of Arlington. The whole process was approximately 3 hours, but some of it was the Finance Dept, in particular Terrance...he really works hard for the customer and he left me with a couple of difficult choices to make with regards to the finance offers and also warranty options for the vehicle. Lastly, Mike was kind enough to offer a ride to and from my banking system to complete the process of purchase. The dealership is top notch with the facilities, the staff, and quality of the vehicles that they have...I thank you Porsche of Arlington for helping me finally buy the vehicle that I have sought for 2 years!!! Ps. my boys loved the hat and keychain that you gave...the car too, lol !!! More

Poor customer service/discriminatory practices I wouldn't recommend any of my colleagues visit this dealership nor purchase a vehicle. I felt like I was being discriminated against. I don't know if it was because of my gender, ethnicity, or style of dress, but no one asked if I needed help or offered any assistance. Even after I brought it to someone's attention, there was no effort made to contact or direct me to the receptionist or a sales manager to address my concern or help to find a vehicle. More

20th Century Sales "Professionals" I've visited Arlington Porsche twice in nineteen years. No one likes a high pressure sales situation, but at Arlington Porsche there is "0" sales assi I've visited Arlington Porsche twice in nineteen years. No one likes a high pressure sales situation, but at Arlington Porsche there is "0" sales assistance and forget about any pressure period! I'm not sure why? Are the sales folks sizing a potential buyer up and make a personal judgement as to whether they'll purchase a Porsche? Or are you suppose to beg a supposed sales "professional" for assistance? If begging is the thing, then Porsche of America will never compete with other Euro brands that employ up to date 21st century sales techniques. Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and even Porsche now offer more mainstream priced models like the Porsche Macan S. Please Porsche of America send Arlington Porsche's sales staff back to training! Porsche ownership is no longer limited to the socially elite! Meantime till they figure this out which could take awhile, you the valued consumer need to purchase you new Porsche from a dealer that wants to earn your business and make $$$$! If you do decide to buy from Arlington Porsche make sure to dress CEO style and please barrow your uncles Cadillac, so Arlington Porsche's sales "professionals" will believe you're ready to deal!
