In the 30 years that we have been buying cars, this has been the best experience! Please note it's not that we have had awful experiences in that past, it's the fact that Junehee, (and others we dealt with at the dealership, Terry & Victor), went above and beyond to provide the best customer service and most pleasant buying experience. Every interaction we had with Junehee, (be it on the phone, by email or in person), he was polite, professional, patient, honest, very knowledgeable and excellent at following up. We greatly appreciated all of this, especially the product knowledge and patience, as this was our first time buying a porsche. I would be embarrassed to admit how much of Junehee's time we took up during this process but I am pleased to say, not once, was he anything but wonderful and provided us with excellent customer service. I'm certain that our purchase would not fall under the category of a big money sale. What was so refreshing is that I feel Junehee would have treated us (and anyone he dealt with) to such amazing customer service regardless if you were spending $15,000 or $150,000. Thank you again to Victor Colonel, (who I had the pleasure of speaking to on the phone), for his professionalism, kindness, and patience. Thank you to Terry Long, (Finance Manager), who is very knowledge, organized, and pleasant. Terry and Junehee stayed over 3 1/2 hours after closing to help us. The night we bought our car, two other couples were buying cars (all of us close to closing time) and everyone was patient and pleasant! The next morning I called the dealership as we left a decal, (that we needed), on our trade in. Junehee answered the phone, and was as helpful and profession as always, and our problem was taken care of asap. Side note - Junehee and Terry both were back at the dealership early the next morning, helpful as can be on a busy Saturday, and I know as late as we were there the night before, they both must have been going on little sleep, but yet again Junehee was professional, pleasant and helpful. Overall Today I brought my husband's Cayenne in for a scheduled general service. Yesterday the low tire pressure light came on, and recently there had been a few instances where the vehicle did not run smoothly, which I relayed when I dropped the car off. Six hours later I received a call that the vehicle was ready and that nothing specific could be found. In fact, I was made to feel like it was all in my head. I thought, well, good news anyway, the car is fine. I got into the car (blistering hot on the inside and the vehicle must have sat in the sun for hours). I started the car - all the same warning lights came on immediately. I walked back in and said "So, everything checked out and all the warnings were reset?" Yes was the answer. I then asked why all the same warning were still on. Troy went over to the car, saw the warning lights and said "give me five minutes". I saw the vehicle go around the block. Troy came back and told me how temperamental the warning lights are if you don't drive the vehicle much (the vehicle has very low mileage). Seriously? I have no idea if ANY service was done on the vehicle, except that after the spin around the block someone must have put air in the tire. The car had not been washed, no care had been taken with mats, and I was left thinking - this is the simply worst service I have ever witnessed. More
