I’m the senior Vice President of Sales for a major organization and the number one thing we look for in a sales person is being a genuine, warm individual. You have that in Rubén, now don’t let him get away. Also, his customer service hasn’t stopped since succeeding and making the sale. Just last week he drove something out to our house to help save us a visit. Thanks for this entire experience!!! He was refreshing to deal with. He was attentive to what I wanted. The right car was selected and I just adored it after test driving. Now time to finance. I already knew what my trade in value was and Kody assisted me in getting a much better trade in value. Kody is truly one of the most refreshing, attentive professional no sugar coating people I've ever met. Would I purchase another car from this dealership? Without a doubt ! I had been looking for the right price, right colorway (sneaker term), right condition.. and I'd found it. But it was 200 miles away.. buy it over the internet? sight unseen? Crazy?
