We overlooked that we had left an envelope in the car marked "Emergency" with $140.00 in it. Kody Wood, Certified Porsche Brand Ambassador found it and could have easily kept it, we had completely forgotten about it. Instead, Kody and the Sales Manager, Joseph Langsdale, contacted me and Fed-Exed the money back to our home immediately . I am a US Army veteran and a Graduate of West Point and Kody Woods' actions are in keeping with the best traditions of both institutions! What could have easily been "found money" for him with no one the wiser, he choose to do the honorable thing and return it. To me, this speaks volumes about Kody and the organization he works for; I would certainly trust them without question. I can assure you that if we relocate to the Virginia area, they will have a customer for life! More

Great buying experience! I was looking for an end of year deal on a slightly used sports car. I found a white 911 with 5k miles at Porsche of Arlington priced very aggressively. I made an appointment to see the car with low expectations of the buying process. I met with Porsche Specialist, Jeff Sunstrom, and it was a breath of fresh air! Jeff was very conversational, very knowledgeable, and very professional. We did a thorough and unrushed test drive, which I appreciated. He answered all of my questions. Jeff did not use any pressure tactics, but I was ready to buy before pulling back into the dealer lot. Jeff helped achieve my goal of purchasing the car and driving it home that day. He was very upfront about the price, the process, my options to extend the warranty, expectations of the service department, and he even helped me get a better interest rate! He was all over the dealership coordinating with finance, service, etc to expediently make sure my new car was good to go!
