Less than two weeks ago, I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Porsche of Arlington. I had the pleasure of having Michael Chauca as my Sales Representative. I finally pulled the trigger a couple of years ago and bought a base Macan. There were some hiccups with the purchase process but nothing devastating. We did have to sit through an "audition" for a post s bought a base Macan. There were some hiccups with the purchase process but nothing devastating. We did have to sit through an "audition" for a post sales manager who was way out of his league. He actually stated that these cars are great under the standard warranty but "then the trouble starts" - trying to upsell. I have a little of 21k miles and already need new tires. I was initially impressed that the car came with Pirelli's only to be very disappointed - first with the wear and the with the warranty. At about 19k the fronts looked like they had limited miles left in them, which struck me as odd. Even worse, when I research the warranty I learned it was "limited" with no mileage parameter. This week I noticed a chunk came off the right front so now I can't even wait for the tread to wear down: I must replace the tires. While the rears are alright it makes no sense to use the same crappy tire or to have 2 different tires on the car. Even more frustrating: the difference in cost per tire between what I got and what I'm getting is about $60 each at retail. So for $240 I now have to take the car off the road for a day and spend $1100. Given that tires are such an integral component one would expect that for the overall reliability one expects from a Porsche this certainly wouldn't be the case. More

I recently acquired a 2021 Porsche Macan Turbo. My very first Porsche purchase ever. If it were not for the patience and attention of the Sales Manager Victor Coronel with Junehee Kang's supporting sales a first Porsche purchase ever. If it were not for the patience and attention of the Sales Manager Victor Coronel with Junehee Kang's supporting sales assistance, this deal would have never happened. I must admit, I almost walked out twice but each time Victor swooped in to ease my concerns and save the deal. I must also admit that I'm glad he did! I've been smiling for going on two weeks now, ever since Victor introduced me to Launch Control...I haven't yet tried it but I will and I'm still smiling ear to ear none the less! I'm smiling writing this review just thinking about my next drive in this amazing Masterpiece of Engineering Excellence!!! Many thanks to Victor Coronel and the entire Porsche of Arlington team for convincing me to venture outside of my restricted comfort zone and journey into the limitless boundaries of Porsche performance!!! RUN, do not walk away from Porsche of Arlington.My RUN, do not walk away from Porsche of Arlington. My parents had my bumper replaced on my 2016 Cayenne S last May. A month ago I realized that a pie RUN, do not walk away from Porsche of Arlington. My parents had my bumper replaced on my 2016 Cayenne S last May. A month ago I realized that a piece of my bumper (passenger side) had fallen off. I brought my car into a different dealership (because I have since moved to Dallas) who informed me that the bumper was not installed correctly and that the same piece on the driver side of the vehicle was also extremely loose and at risk of falling off as well. I reached out to the dealership multiple times and was told they would get right back to me. It took me one whole month and countless calls and emails for me to finally get a response.... the response basically saying "you have driven your car since we replaced the bumper so it is not our problem." This is after two other Porsche dealerships have advised me that the bumper was not installed correctly and this should 100% be covered by the warranty of their work. Now I am looking at spending $1,200 to fix a bumper that I spent $5,000 10 months ago to have replaced because of lousy work done by Porsche of Arlington. I have submitted a claim with Porsche of North America who was also unable to get the dealership to call them back. They are working at appealing at a higher level. NOT ACCEPTABLE to be treated this way by any company, let alone one that prides themselves on the highest level of customer service. More

Since moving to the DC area in late 2019, my wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Porsche of Arlington. We have been pleased with all our interactions with sales, finance, service and the General M have purchased two vehicles from Porsche of Arlington. We have been pleased with all our interactions with sales, finance, service and the General Manager who call to follow up on our recent purchase. In 2019, we purchased a new Cayenne e-hybrid from stock. It has been exceptional as was our interaction with Sales Associate, Kody Wood, who earlier this month sold us a new 911 Turbo S that replaces our 991.2 GT3 that is currently on their showroom floor. Kody is a true professional – a master of follow-up and follow-through. On this recent 911 purchase, which is scheduled for production this spring, I also had a terrific interaction with Sales Manager, Victor Coronel, whose incredible enthusiasm and understanding of options helped us spec a car that will be awesome. We are looking forward to working again with Donald Kim, head of Finance, when the new car is delivered, and with Alfred Macatuno, the Service Associate who has taken care of our GT3 and Cayenne. I love cars and have purchased vehicles all around the U.S. wherever I’ve been working at the time. My experience with this dealership and its personnel have outshined all the others. From the reception desk through to top management, there is a commitment to customer satisfaction – and, of course, I love Porsche automobiles! More
